Feedback and support via the app
Click on the speech bubble icon in the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen. The Feedback dialog will appear.
(Required) Click the thumbs-up icon for positive feedback or the thumbs-down icon for negative feedback.
(Optional) Select the category that's most relevant to your issue. This helps direct your feedback to the appropriate person/team.
- (Required) Provide as much detail as you can in the message box. The more information you provide, the better equipped we are to handle your issue.

(Optional) Consider using the Record Screen feature to record the issue you're experiencing. This helps us reproduce the issue on our end for faster diagnosis and resolution.
Only your actions and cursor movements within Rad AI Reporting will be recorded—nothing else on your desktop will be captured, and no sound will be recorded.⚠️ Protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII) in the header will be automatically replaced with asterisks. Please avoid displaying any PHI or PHI in other areas (e.g., report editor) while recording. - Click Record Screen.
- In the Screen Recording dialog that opens, check the box to acknowledge the statement of understanding.
- Click Start recording.
- Using your cursor and clicks, highlight the issue you're experiencing.
- Once you're done, click the recording icon in the main navigation menu on the left-hand side.
- Click End to finish recording. Your recording will be attached to your feedback ticket.

Click Submit to send your feedback. Our Support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
⚠️ If your issue is critical/urgent, contact your organization's IT team to escalate it.
