Review details from a report quickly with Report Preview. You can move through the report list while Report Preview shows details from each selected report.
You can also view the version history of a report to understand what’s changed over time.

View key details about any report, including the report contents and version history, without having to leave the list. Report Preview automatically displays key details about each report as you move through the list:
Prerequisites
To access report lists and use Report Preview or Version History, make sure the following permissions are enabled for your assigned role:
- List Reports
- View Report
- List Documents
- View Document
- View Version History for Other People's Reports

Previewing a report
View details about a report in a preview without having to open it from the report list.
To preview a report:
- In Rad AI Reporting, hover over the Reports icon in the main navigation menu, and then select a report list.
- The report preview automatically displays at the bottom of the report list. As you move through the report list, the report preview displays basic information from the selected report in the report preview header, and additional information below.
- Use the up and down arrows here or on your keyboard to move through reports.
- Click the clock icon to view the report's version history.
- Click Open to edit the report in the report workbench.

Click the double-arrow icon to collapse or expand Report Preview. This choice persists, even if you go to a different report list.
💡 If you reopen Report Preview and it covers up the selected report row, you can still use the up and down arrows to move through the list.
Viewing version history
To view the version history of a report:
- In Rad AI Reporting, hover over the Reports icon in the main navigation menu, and then select a report list. The report preview is displayed by default.
- In the report preview header, click the version history icon.
- Select a version from the left-hand timeline to compare it against the current report version.
- On the right, additions are highlighted in green, and deletions highlighted in red.
Frequently asked questions
Are addendums in the preview or version history?
Addendums aren’t viewable in preview or version history. To check for addendums, open the report.
